JEF-Europe and JEF-Hungary are looking forward to welcome you in Budapest!

The seminar will be followed by the JEF-Europe Federal Committee (FC) meeting from Friday 1 until Sunday 3 April. Not sure what the FC is about? Check our guide 'FC for Dummies'.

To participate in this international experience, please fill out the online application form (see below)

Deadline for applications
Applications have to be submitted via the online form the latest on Sunday 20 February 2011. Selected applicants will be contacted by the end of February.

Participation fee *
The participation fee of 120 EUR for JEF members and 150 EUR for non-JEF members ** is to be paid by bank transfer within 10 days after receipt of confirmation.

Travel reimbursements
70% of the travel costs will be reimbursed by bank transfer after the seminar (maximum reimbursement = 170 EUR).

Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships will be available for this event. If your personal situation makes financial support necessary in order to participate, please mention the reasons in the scholarship application form.

Visa
Applicants requiring a visa for Hungary are invited to fill in the visa application form.

Language
The seminar will be held in English.

*Cancellation Policy - Should participants cancel their participation after confirming their presence to the event and transferring the participation fee, JEF-Europe will keep 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations 10 days prior to the event are not refundable at all
